Discover the treasures of your heart

Do you want to come home to your heart? Do you want to connect with your deepest desires and hidden talents? Do you want to feel what makes your heart beat faster and what stops you from living fully from your heart?

In this session I guide you on a journey of discovery to the inner chambers of your heart. To the place where your unique treasures are stored and the voice of your heart sounds clear. On this healing journey you will also encounter your challenges; what are you holding back? What fears and protectors do you encounter? Which parts of your heart have closed off? Where does the flow of giving and receiving stagnate? I guide you in a group of heart-minded people to meet and transform these blockages on your path. So that the treasures in your heart can shine again!

Using various exercises and techniques from yoga, somatic therapy and 'embodied flow', I guide you to a deep connection with your body and your intuition. I also invite you to meet the edges of your comfortzone, work in pairs and follow your natural body movement to music. But the most important que is 'follow your heart'.

Your guide

Hi, my name is Ming.
Orginially from the Netherlands, I have spent 11 years overseas and grown deep roots in Aotearoa (NZ) and Indonesia. The colourful wisdom and practises of the Māori and Hindu culture in particular, have expanded my worldview and inspired my work.

I have founded ‘Colourful Hearts’ because I want to create a more colourful and soulful world for myself and our children. Colourful Hearts guides people to reconnect with their heart, body and nature. Utilising my background in Yoga, Somatic Experiencing and Embodied Flow TM, I guide people in 1:1 sessions, yoga classes, workshops and rituals. More info at: www.colourfulheart.nl.
